Due to the fluctuations of the exchange rate, orders with value very close to the tax-free limit may be assessed Duties and Taxes (D&T) as the currency exchange rate may vary from the order date to the customs clearance date.
Please be aware that there might be substances which are not allowed to be imported into your country. Please check with your local customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.

1. EMS (International Express Mail): up to 30kg
Top priority airmail, tracked. Signature is required on delivery.
Delivery requires from 2 to 10 days depending on your country. Please refer to this page for details.
2. ePACKET: up to 2kg
Airmail, tracking service is available for some countries. Signature is required on delivery.
The number of days until the delivery varies depending on the transportation, customs clearance as well as the mail handling procedures and other factors in the country of destination. Faster than ePACKET-light SAL.
3. ePACKET-light SAL (Surface Air Lift).: up to 2kg
Surface and airmail, tracking service is available for some countries. No signature is required on delivery.
Delivery requires 2~3 weeks.
The estimated delivery window provided by us reflects Japan Post EMS standard deliveries. However, some orders may occasionally be subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

Loss or Damage
In case of loss or damage of the parcel, Japan Post EMS service offers free insurance for packages under 20,000 Yen of contents value. If parcels are lost or damaged while still in Japan, we will take care of the procedures for you to benefit of the insurance.
In some cases, parcels are lost or damaged when they are already in the destination country. In such cases we are not responsible for loss or damage of the parcel.
Returns & Refunds
