Soft beef and mushrooms simmered together in a rich creamy European style bouillon curry sauce.
Curry was introduced in Japan by the British army during Meiji era (XIX century) as a rich and fast meal for soldiers. It was then adapted to Japanese milder taste becoming a staple food of Japanese homes, and has now very little of the original Indian taste.
Add the unopened pouch to boiling water for 3~5 minutes or microwave for 1~2 minutes, pour the content in a bowl and enjoy while very hot with rice or as dip sauce.
