Dashi is the base of Japanese cuisine, traditionally made from katsuobushi dried bonito flakes and kombu kelp strained together. Instant varieties like soluble dashi powder and dashi packs are commonly used.

How to use
Use around 1~2g per portion. Add 1~2 tablespoons of bonito kelp to some hot water and soy sauce for the perfect dip soup for udon and soba.
